We employ various forms of training – individual and group, regular and distance, intensive courses, summer schools. In partnership with business representatives, the International Business School offers specialized, practically oriented training – courses, seminars, group work, individual consultations.

The training aims to shape professionals with managerial qualifications and a broad professional profile, possessing specialized competencies, knowledge, and skills in the field of business administration, corporate consulting, organization and management of human resources, organizational culture, and strategic decision-making on significant psychological and social issues within the organization.

For short-term courses: Certificate of Completed Additional Training or Specialization in various forms of qualification enhancement.

For long-term courses: Certificate of Professional Qualification after completing training according to a specialized curriculum. It certifies the completion of a completed form of training, as a result of which a certain qualification may be obtained, but not an educational degree or specialty. The duration of the training is a minimum of 2 semesters (600 academic hours).

Open programs are oriented towards professionals and managers who have a clear idea of ​​what needs to be done but have not yet done so.
