
Entrepreneurship and Innovations
The objective of the program is to prepare experts in entrepreneurship and innovations. The programme develops competencies in the field of: European and national innovation policies; mechanisms in support of business enterprise and innovation activity; innovation systems and clusters; defence of subjects of intellectual property and forms of technological transfer; peculiarities of innovation projects and applicable tools for their funding.
The program uses a systematic approach to forming competencies in a field to which the learning-by-doing approach is applied intuitively. It provides the opportunity to build a new type of understanding of the processes of developing a knowledge-based economy and contributes to the formation of entrepreneurial and innovation culture.
Graduates of the program acquire knowledge about the development of entrepreneurship and innovation policies; the processes of generation, distribution and introduction of new knowledge; the forms of interaction in innovation systems and technological chains, social entrepreneurship.
Along with the theoretical knowledge the program develops practical skills in management of entrepreneurial activity, innovation project management, application of innovation funding tools, application of creative methods in support of the generation of innovative ideas, participation in forms of interaction, applied aspects of patent law, marketing of new products and ideas.
