A business project is, by its nature, something innovative that arouses imagination but also requires systematic broad business knowledge. The Bachelor of Business Administration and Project Management program gives you a broad understanding of how companies work on their projects.
You will learn how many different projects can exist and you will be introduced to specific management and planning tools. You will be dealing with the different phases of the project from development and start up to completion and evaluation, and learn about the challenges and risks involved in each phase.
The program gives a broad theoretical background in the fields of economics, management, law, finance, analysis, etc. Its content is fully compliant with the current world standards in the field. The emphasis is on profiling and creating in-depth knowledge of project management principles, group dynamics, basic planning and stages of building a complete project, developing digital project management skills and the ability to adequately apply acquired knowledge.
This specialty provides an opportunity for a huge selection of managerial roles in all areas of business. Graduates of the program can work as managers at different managerial levels in the company management - operations manager, regional manager, project manager, experts, consultants and specialists in project management and organizational development.
During the course of the course you will study a wide range of basic, elective and optional courses in order to form solid expert training in your chosen field. The basic disciplines provide fundamental training in the chosen specialty in the professional field.
The elective courses provide specific knowledge and competencies in the field.
The optional subjects allow for the acquisition of interdisciplinary knowledge in accordance with the interests of students.
