review procedure is an essential part of the publishing process that contributes to maintaining a high research quality of the published papers.<\/p><p>All of the manuscripts that meet the Author\u2019s Guidelines requirements go through double blind peer review procedure by independent reviewers.<\/p><p>The Editorial Board selects the reviewers based on their professional experience and expertise.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2272\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" evaluation of the manuscript, strictly following the standards, flowcharts and guidelines by\u00a0<a href=\"hyperlink:%20https:\/\/publicationethics.org\/resources\/guidelines\/cope-ethical-guidelines-peer-reviewers\">COPE<\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oldweb.ibsedu.bg\/en\/page\/138-Requirements-for-publications\">Author\u2019s Guidelines<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oldweb.ibsedu.bg\/bg\/page\/217-izdatelska-etika\">Publishing Ethics<\/a>.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">by accepting a manuscript the reviewer undertakes to observe the anonymity of procedure, not to distribute or reproduce in any form the manuscript submitted for a review.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">to timely declare any potential conflict of interest or competing interest.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">to immediately notify the Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief if the reviewer finds a conflict of interest that was not present or determinable at the time of the peer-review procedure started and can potentially affect the objective evaluation of the manuscript.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">to notify in timely manner the Editorial Board or the Editor-in-Chief in case the peer-review procedure cannot be completed within the pre-set deadline.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Reviewers are not expected to assess the manuscript for grammatical mistakes, but to focus on quality, scientific contribution and overall style of the research.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2274\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2274\"><p>(1) Upon agreeing to review a manuscript, the reviewer agrees to send the completed review within the time-frame set by the Editor\/Editorial Boards Member.<\/p><p>(2) The reviewers receive the manuscript prepared for double-blind peer review procedure and a review form.<\/p><p>(3) After the review\u2019s completion the peer reviewer sends the completed review form to the following email: research.papers@ibsedu.bg\u00a0<\/p><p>(4) The review is considered accepted when the reviewer receives an email from the Editor verifying the review was done \u2013 \u201creview receipts\u201d.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Our editorial team firmly believes that the peer reviewing activities are essential part and one of the most
