tabindex=\"0\">Entry Requirements <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1541\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1541\"><p>Foreign students, who apply for study in Bulgarian higher education institutes, must have a document for completed secondary education, providing access to the higher education institutions in the country of graduating secondary education, or a document for completed higher education, or a higher education degree.<\/p><p>The minimum required grades of the school disciplines from the document for completed secondary education, which are forming the entrance grade for the chosen programme, should be no lower than 62 percent of the maximum value of the grading system in the country of acquired education.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1542\" The documents should be translated in Bulgarian language and have a stamp of Apostille.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3.<\/span> <\/strong>A document for proficiency in the English language.<\/p><p>It has to be a copy without any additional stamps.<\/p><p>We can accept the following English language certificates:<\/p><ul><li>For studies in English language, students need to provide a valid certificate of a minimum B2 level of proficiency in English.<\/li><li>Cambridge\u00a0\u2013 grades from A to C, with no expiry date.<br \/>Cambridge-FCE (First Certificate of English),<br \/>Cambridge-CAE (Certificate Advanced in English) and<br \/>CPE (Certificate Proficiency in English).<\/li><li>TOEFL \u2013 scores of 80-100,\u00a0validity for\u00a0two years\u00a0after the test\u00a0date.<\/li><li>IELTS level &#8211;\u00a0grades from 6 to 9,\u00a0validity for\u00a03 years\u00a0after the test\u00a0date.<\/li><li>TOEIC\u00a0\u2013 scores of more than 600,\u00a0validity for\u00a0two years\u00a0after the test\u00a0date.<\/li><li>Trinity College<\/li><li>Integrated Skills in English (ISE), CEFR- Levels according to the\u00a0Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:\u00a0we recognize\u00a0B2\u2013C2,\u00a0with no expiry date.<\/li><li>ECCE &#8211; The Examination for the Certificate of Competency in English\u00a0&#8211; Level B2 according to the\u00a0Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,\u00a0with no expiry date.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>If you do\u00a0not have such a certificate, you\u00a0can sit an exam in English language at the University&#8217;s Foreign Language Department and\u00a0receive a certificate. The Exam is provided\u00a0online and it costs 50 euros.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>In case that English language is official in the Country of the Citizenship, then\u00a0the Applicant\u00a0does not need to provide an English language certificate or to certify it.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">IMPORTANT:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Translation and Legalization in Bulgaria &#8211; The documents referred to item 1 and item 2 should be translated into Bulgarian. The translation of the documents in Bulgarian language can be done here in Bulgaria, since the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has a list of the approved translation agencies located in Bulgaria and translations made from other agencies in other countries are not accepted. IBS has an official partner agency supporting the translation and validation of our students documents and the cost for such service is 200 euro.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>If an applicant&#8217;s diploma for higher education is issued in a country, part of the\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Apostille Convention (Hague Treaty Convention 12),<\/strong><strong>\u00a0it does not need legalization and certification with the APOSTILLE stamp. It needs a translation to Bulgarian ONLY.
