Students will learn to take initiative, develop self-confidence, and acquire an active and responsible attitude towards society and their own development. The program aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and independent job seeking, the development of personality traits that form the basis of entrepreneurial behavior, increased self-awareness for self-employment and entrepreneurship as a career development opportunity, work on specific entrepreneurial tasks, and the development of business skills for creating and managing a business.<\/p>\n<p>A6 and A7 \u2013 Development and implementation of the &#8220;Train the Trainer&#8221; program in the field of entrepreneurial life, designed for teachers from primary and secondary schools and students \u2013 the goal is for future entrepreneurship teachers to develop entrepreneurial thinking, understand entrepreneurship, acquire entrepreneurial competencies, and accumulate skills to transmit knowledge to students using interactive methods and full engagement with students. One of the program&#8217;s goals is the active\u00a0involvement of parents\/families of students so that everyone has the opportunity to think and act entrepreneurially and systematically guide the future careers of students.<\/p>\n<p>A8 \u2013 Development of student companies in primary and secondary schools \u2013 students will be divided into teams and given tasks to develop the company, in accordance with the knowledge and skills acquired in activities 4 and 5. Their task will be to develop business ideas, define organizational structure, create a business plan, forecast results, and simulate daily operations. Teachers and students participating in the project will guide the work in accordance with the knowledge and skills acquired in activity 7. It is expected that 185 students will work in 37 teams and develop 37 companies.<\/p>\n<p>A9 \u2013 Exchange of best practices between primary, secondary, and higher education institutions and the preparation of models for new educational programs.<\/p>\n<p>A10 \u2013 Collaboration with parents\/families with a view to involving them in the entrepreneurial development of students and presenting the project results achieved in the field of entrepreneurial education at the joint public event.<\/p>\n<p>A11 \u2013 Public event \u2013 &#8220;Students&#8217; Cooperation Day,&#8221; which will include summarizing the project results, presenting student companies, voting for winning student companies, and awarding certificates and prizes, as well as presenting certificates to participants in the entrepreneurship education program.<\/p>\n<p>A12 \u2013 Development of models for new educational programs for entrepreneurship training in primary and secondary schools.<\/p>\n<p>A13 \u2013 Development of models for new educational programs for access to &#8220;Train the Trainer&#8221; within partner higher education institutions, intended for teachers from primary and secondary schools and students.<\/p>\n<p>A14 \u2013 Project&#8217;s concluding event to announce the achieved results and discussions on the replication and sustainability of the project
