Special attention was given to promoting the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the region, including those of Ribnovo village, known for its unique customs and folklore. IBS offered its expertise and programs as key resources for the municipality’s sustainable development efforts.

The representatives of the International Business School shared their vision for higher education in Bulgaria, highlighting the importance of master’s programs that combine academic knowledge with practical skills. Special attention was given to the program:

Resort and SPA Management

The only Bulgarian master program developed in partnership with the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism (BUBSPA).

This program provides highly specialized knowledge and skills for managing SPA and wellness tourism, which is vital for the Garmen region, known for its natural resources and potential for SPA tourism development. The program follows modern global trends in the creation, management, and sustainable development of SPA tourism and balneology.

Tourism Management

The training covers strategic planning and management of tourist sites, which is particularly relevant for Garmen as a tourist destination.

Project Management

The program focuses on the strategic management and execution of projects, which is crucial for the successful development of any municipality.

Business Administration and E-Business

One of the most sought-after programs combines traditional business education with new technologies and digitalization.

Opportunities for personalized training by our highly qualified instructors were also discussed. The goal is to enhance the qualifications of employees in digital transformation, with a focus on the application of artificial intelligence in business administration.

The meeting marks an important milestone in the development of relations between Garmen Municipality, local schools, and the International Business School. IBS’s master’s programs, especially in SPA management, offer exceptional opportunities for professional growth and attracting investments.
