Scholarships
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), in collaboration with the International Foundation “St. Cyril and Methodius,” offers scholarships to Bulgarian students, doctoral candidates, university lecturers, and researchers for study or research stays in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Fulbright
Today, Fulbright is the most widely recognized and prestigious exchange program in the world. Over the past seven decades, through the Fulbright program, academic and cultural exchanges have been facilitated for approximately 325,400 scholars, 122,800 from the United States and 202,600 from other countries worldwide. It operates in over 155 countries and annually awards approximately 8,000 new scholarships worldwide to individuals with the potential to represent the cultural diversity of their nation.
The Fulbright program is administered by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, with the assistance of agencies such as the Institute of International Education and the Council for International Exchange of Scholars.
