Day of Triumph: Graduation Ceremony for Our Master’s and Bachelor’s Students
The graduation ceremony for the master’s and bachelor’s students from the International Business School marks the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, and tireless dedication.
The Vice-Rector, Assoc. Prof. Ivan Andreev, opened the event and addressed our graduates with the words: “Success is the result of three key ‘Yes’s’ – ‘Yes, I know,’ ‘Yes, I can,’ and ‘Yes, I am not afraid.’ It is a great honor for me to recognize that you possess everything necessary to apply these three ‘Yes’s’ in your professional development, because you carry within you the light of knowledge and the motivation to make the world a better place for all of us!”
The Rector of IBS, Prof. Dr. Georgi Apostolov, shared his inspiration and pride in the graduates’ achievements: “Today holds special significance for you – the graduates of our business specialties. You are the future leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators who will shape the economic landscape of tomorrow. Your creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and highly qualified skills are essential for the development of Bulgarian society in the context of globalization, dynamic technological progress, and rapid economic changes. Your ideas and actions can change the world, create new opportunities, and inspire future generations.” Prof. Apostolov wished the graduates a future filled with success and satisfaction, emphasizing that our Alma Mater is proud of them and eagerly awaits their return for new knowledge that brings new opportunities.
The valedictorian, Denitsa Yordanova Lukanova-Boyanova – a graduate with a Master’s degree in “Accounting and Auditing,” expressed her gratitude to the academic team of IBS and her hopes for the future: “On behalf of myself and all my colleagues, I would like to thank our professors, thanks to whom we are all here today. With dedication, patience, and expertise, they helped us grow not only as professionals but also as individuals. Kudos to their professionalism. These are people who love their profession.”
“I am happy to be completing my Master’s degree here at IBS because the university offers many opportunities for learning and development. It has provided us with a solid foundation to build on as we move forward. The lessons won’t stop here because every new day is a new lesson to learn. Every goal is achieved through hard work, perseverance, and determination. Let us continue to strive for high goals and never stop dreaming, because with the support of our academic family, we can achieve anything.
