At the beginning of the 21st century, organisations operate in an environment characterised by intensive digitalisation, growing global competition and systemic uncertainty, which requires a thorough scientific understanding of the transformations in management models, educational paradigms and mechanisms for human resource development. Business education, leadership and human resource management are established as key strategic factors for sustainable development, organisational adaptability and long-term competitiveness in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
The International Scientific Conference “ORGANISATIONS OF THE FUTURE. Business Education, Leadership and Human Resource Development” provides an interdisciplinary platform for academic dialogue and exchange of scientific results dedicated to the evolution of business education, the transformation of leadership models and the strategic role of human capital in the context of global economic and technological changes. The forum aims to encourage the presentation and critical discussion of modern theoretical approaches, methodological solutions and empirical research, contributing to the development of scientific knowledge and the formation of policies and management practices adequate to the challenges of the future.
The conference will be held on site at the Distance Learning Center of IBS in Sofia.
